GTK - Milke

This theme is based upon the Milk OS X Theme by Max Rudberg. The original version of my theme was based upon the Milk 2.0 GTK Theme by roberTO. Version 2.2 is a rewrite of the theme by myself based upon Max's.

The original version of the theme is distributed with permission of both of them. Version 2.2 onward is distributed with permission of Max. Please don't redistribute this theme, *OR* distribute any alterations or derived works of this theme, without the permission of Max. If you get permission from Max, I grant my permission as well to modify and redistribute this theme however you like.
